The Town of Fordoche holds it's "Annual Fair" each year in the Spring. It is a time of carnival rides, live music, games and lots of fun for all. Also, in the Fall, we host a "Fall Festival" during October at Holloween where children come out dressed in their Holloween costumes and enjoy bounce houses, games, candy and food.

These above events are held at the "Ryan Allen Shoup Park" around Lake Elizabeth.

Ryan Allen Shoup Park, a gem of parks, has nearly 12 acres covered with oak, pecan and cypress trees shadowing a 3 acre lake named Lake Elizabeth. The lake is surrounded by a walking trail, playground with restrooms, pavilions, and home of the Fordoche Community Center.

Please come out and enjoy a day of fishing, relaxing, hosting an event at the Community Center or taking advantage of our playground!

Come out and meet your neighbors and enjoy the events that make the Town of Fordoche a great place to live!
